Do you offer direct billing to insurance?
Yes. We bill most major insurance providers directly, so you only pay the part your plan does not cover. Bring your insurance details to your appointment and we will handle the rest. See how it works.
Is massage therapy covered by my health plan?
Most extended health plans in Alberta cover massage therapy from a registered massage therapist. Coverage amounts vary, so check your plan for your yearly limit and whether you need a doctor’s note first.
Which massage should I book?
If you want to unwind, go with relaxation. If you have stubborn knots or chronic tightness, deep tissue is a great fit. For an injury or ongoing pain, book therapeutic. Still not sure? Book any of them and your therapist will adjust the session to what you need. Read our guide.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome whenever a therapist is free. Booking online is the best way to get the day and time you want.
Is prenatal massage safe?
Prenatal massage is offered from the second trimester onward. Our therapists use special positioning and gentler pressure to keep you comfortable the whole time. We recommend checking with your healthcare provider before your first session.
Are prices the same at both locations?
Each clinic has its own rates. At Castle Downs a session is $60 for 30 minutes, $105 for 60, $145 for 90 and $210 for 120. At West End it is $65, $115, $155 and $220. Every massage type costs the same within a clinic, plus 5% GST. See Castle Downs or West End for details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no shows are charged a $40 fee, which lets us offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
